The instructor started out at a very beginning level and then "upped it" a little each time. she ended up at the level most of us wish she had started at. My best yoga, pilates, teachers show EVERYTHING at a beginning level, middle level, and goal level. <BR/><BR/>PS - you had better check on insurance. I used to teach quilting - and took out an umbrella policy in case someone got hurt. It was under $200 per year (USA) - but protected me from being SUED.
