I had an amazing workout this morning. I am not sure whether or not it was because I did it with Tiny Donna, but I had so much energy and could have run forever on the treadmill. It was great fun and I feel at full strength again - whew!!
I am embracing the 56's today. When I saw them on Saturday they freaked me out completely. After all, as they say in the classics, it's only a number.
