BFFM Day 21 Carb Down


Weight : 61.9 kg
Training : Shoulders - overhead press, upright rows, front raises, lateral raises, reverse lateral raises, back extensions + 30 min treadmill 1:1
Month #1 target : 31 Jan ~ 60kg

100g a day - it is my mission to lose 100g a day. Yesterday I had an unrecorded lunch at the pub (parmesan, rocket and pear salad with a few chips) and I still achieved a loss. One kilo every 10 days. Piece of piss!
