Why the Scales Lie



If ever there was evidence to prove that lighter is not necessary leaner, this is it. Now I don't feel so bad that I am still 1.2kg over my last year's competition weight.

  1. Awesome article Katie...and the very reason that I very rarely weigh myself, even during comp dieting. Scales don't give a true indication of what a person looks like (esp athletes)...besides which, judges don't have any idea what we weigh up there.

    Hope prep is going well for you :) I am betting you look even more fab this season with that little bit more weight too!!

  2. mehhh dont care about what the scales say. With the hard work that you have put in since last year you should be coming in at least 1kg heavier if not more!! just think of all that delicious muscle you have gained my dear ;o)
