I only have to eat well and exercise for one week. This is easy ... I count my points and do my exercise for 7 days and then I get weighed. Fortunately for me, I get weighed with a whole lot of other people who are doing exactly the same as me. I listen to their stories, take their advice, share in their achievements and then decide if I am ready to do this for another week.
So far, it has been an easy choice. Live this way for another week and see what the results are at the end of it. Do some things better, try harder to drink all that water, don't eat so much sugar maybe - but just for the next 7 days - not forever. I can't really think about being a Weight Watcher for the rest of my life, but strangely the last 10 weeks have gone by really quickly.
At the end of next week I will be a Lifetime Member. Oh my God, a member for life ... I think I'll just continue to be a member for this week and enjoy not having to pay anymore. That I can do.
