Although I am not a recipe queen, this is what I have for breakfast every morning
1 tablespoon of cottage cheese or cream cheese
sprinkle of cinnamon
artificial sweetner [I use 8 drops of liquid saccharin]
mix all together
add enough psyllium husk to make a runny batter like consistency
pour into the pancake machine and close
Serve with a knob of butter and low carb/cal maple syrup. They come out perfectly cooked and perfectly round every time. You can also throw in some protein powder to up the protein count but it makes them a little dryer.
I have just finished eating the said pancakes and am now working through taking all my vitamins. I have turned into a pill junkie.

Because of these reports, chromium picolinate supplements have become very popular. Researchers involved in a 1997 study assessed the effects of chromium yeast and chromium picolinate on lean body mass in 36 obese patients during and after weight reduction with a very low calorie diet. During the 26-week treatment period,subjects received either placebo or 200 mcg chromium yeast or 200 mcg chromium picolinate in a double-blind manner. After 26 weeks, chromium picolinate-supplemented patients showed increased lean body mass whereas the other treatment groups still had reduced lean body mass.
