Yesterday's food:
1052 calories - 27.4g fat - 118.2g protein - 77.7g carbs
This morning's number 61.6kg.
Now I didn't intentionally eat so low calories on purpose - I just ran out of appetite. Either way a weight loss for whatever reason.
Fluke? Possible...
I have a food allergy to something? Yesterday I had no egg yolks. Previously I have been living on whole eggs. Maybe it's that ... who knows.
Just a thought. I've been doing Kimkins lately, which is low cal and low carb. I'm losing regularly and quickly. Maybe this approach would be best for you as well. It might be something worth experimenting with for a week or so and see how it works.
