The BFL nutrition plan is to eat 6 meals a day with equal carbs and protein. In order to hit my calorie target my meals should be 200-250 calories.
I have finally found the PERFECT meal.
This is my pancake mixture that I have for breakfast each day. I add some cinnamon to aid the carb digestion and a tiny bit of sugar free maple syrup and I have achieved the perfect meal - at least one meal out of six!
