Today I got a special surprise from Amazon. I ordered on Boxing Day (along with the "New Rules of Lifting" which is yet to come) and today I received 3 DVDs and this book. This is the first time I have bought anything from Amazon and I am impressed at how quickly they turned up, and how cheap everything is. I am also happy that my new TV plays foreign :) DVDs.
Would love to stay and chat but I am off to workout for awhile. After that I might settle down for a bit of a read ... YAHOO!!
I want the new rules of lifting book as well but amazon is out of stock at the mo :o( Perhaps when i get back from holidays they will have more.
