Yesterday my challenge was to eat Paleo for the day - which is no grains, no dairy. Basically you just get to eat lean protein, fruit, veges and nuts and nothing else. You have to eat a hell of a lot of veges to make up the 120g of carbs I'm telling you.
If I was a cave woman, I would live on fruit, nuts, eggs, and chicken (assuming I could find a chicken!). All those veges get tedious really quickly - you have to eat a 4:1 ratio of veges to fruit. So contrary to the low-carb way of eating, I was searching for the veges with the MOST carbs so I didn't have to eat a bucket load of them (potatoes/sweet potatoes are not allowed).
Feeling a bit flat at the moment - not sure why. I guess some days are good and some are not so good. Hopefully yoga tonight will invigorate me. And today I can eat oats, bread and rice! Hubby is making me Liz's Coconut Chicken Curry tonight. I can't wait!

Have you noticed that one of your positive affirmations at the top of the page has come true? The one about 15% body fat? I think thats far more impressive than worrying about the scales.
