There was Michelle all the way from Gladstone with her husband.
Shelley who doesn't have a blog but who has been my phone life line the last couple of weeks.
Lisa the Power Lifter was there for a while.
And National Figure Champion Lindy Olsen and her husband photographer Dallas Olsen were also at breakfast.

What a treat! It was great to talk fitness and nutrition and especially to talk about what happens on the other side of competing. I felt such a natural affinity with these lovely folk because figure competitors who make it to the stage all have such similar personalities. We are focussed, goal driven and a little bit crazy!! It's nice to know I am not the only one with PBD [peanut butter disorder] LOL!

This time next week I will be tanned, de-fuzzed (thanks for the tips Shelley) and ready to strut my stuff. Bring it on!!
