My Ipod died in the gym this morning. I couldn't reset it. I just now plugged it in to the computer and it still won't reset. I will have to wait until the battery goes flat.

Do you know how hard it is to do cardio without any music? Lucky it was 2min/5min alternating between the elliptical and the rower so I didn't get too bored. I so need music to train to.

Can you be too skinny for belly button jewelry? I ordered some pretty sparkly ones on line and when I put them in they are too big/too curved. Is it because there is no more fat on my belly? Has anyone else had this problem? and do you know if you can get smaller sizes?

I just had the weirdest porridge for breakfast. 1/2 cup oats with 4 egg whites and 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder. I had yogurt on top instead of milk. Not quite the same as brown sugar and cream ... *sigh* but as Coach says - it sticks to your innards!

  1. You should be able to get different sized belly bars - maybe check with some places that do piercing. I remember when I had mine done, the woman measured and decided I needed a 10mm one....

I find some are a bit too long and just don't sit right, now that I'm a little bit leaner.

I LOVE yoghurt on porridge - yum!

I CAN NOT exercise without music blasting in my ears.

I read somewhere that there was research done and people work a lot harder when listening to music whilst exercising.

  5. There is a reset for your iPod I think it might be play and the menu button held at the same time for 10 seconds. But if I'm wrong perhaps google it?
