Brilliant day yesterday. Went to the gym twice. The Body Jam class was a lot of fun. An old dancer never forgets the tricks. I can still do a mean step ball change and jazz hands even if they do call it something else these days!
It does appear that I under ate yesterday, but it is surprising what happens when you focus entirely on eating only when you have actual physical hunger symptoms (gurgling stomach). I also deliberately chose to eat foods with a high water content over "dry" foods so there was heaps of vegetables and real food instead of protein powder/bars/crunch. I spent the day studying strategies for dealing with dysfunctional thought processes around food which made mindless eating virtually impossible.
I am off to Brisbane tomorrow to visit with Shelley and Liz which will be really nice. Lots of training, laughing and comparing notes. It will be nice to get away for a little bit.
