I have spent a wonderful couple of days in Brisbane with Shelley and haven't been near the computer to blog.I have trained twice with Shelley, once with Liz and have done 2 x RPM classes. Today was my first day off in since last Sunday, and boy did I need it!
I met the lovely Tara and Tiarna on Saturday morning. Tiarna is competing for the first time and I promised I would send my merry band of followers over to her site to prevent her from feeling lonely.
<-- I also got a tattoo on Thursday. It's in the middle of my back where you can see it if I have a singlet on. I love it but I can't do any back or shoulder training until it is healed. The black line around the outside is the transfer that will come off when I can wash it properly.
I am back home on Tuesday night so I promise a more thorough update.
Glad to hear you are ok and doing some things that you enjoy. I get worried when you don't blog for a while.
ReplyDeleteThe tat looks great - but I'm just trying work out how it can be in the middle of your back but visible when you wear a TShirt? No doubt this will come to me in the middle of the night with a big Derr!
Katie, was so nice to see you again yesterday. I had no idea that you had gone and got a tattoo on thursday!! YEAH BABY!!! i love it. I love geckos, they are so adorable.

Sorry Lisa I didn't describe the position of my tattoo very well - it is between my shoulder blades at the top of my back. Now you can sleep easy!
