BFFM Day 6 Carb Down

Training: ...
I will do 'weekly' weigh ins every 8 days because that will be two carb cycles so no official weigh in until tomorrow. This seems to be working and I feel great.

    Very nice blogg. Your goal is a swedish bodybuilder I can tell... Just happend to drop by from my swedish site.
    I´m a personal trainer in Sweden and I realy hope you`ll go all the way... all the way to you´re goal!
