Great morning was had watching Shelley swim [I'll leave it to her to tell you about it], morning tea with Fern and then training at Bond Street. I had my breakfast early, morning tea early and then ran out of steam during training.
I just had the best lunch of pasta, prawns and veges. Shelley found this amazing stuff in Bondi yesterday made of black beans. It is high in protein and low in fat.
For a 35g serve it has 131 calories, 14.3g protein, 11.2g carbs and 3.2g fat. Excellent for a lower carb nutrition plan.
