E - am I physically Exhausted and lacking energy?
A - will I be Able to stop eating after I eat this?
L - is my body looking as Lean as it should?
T - have I Trained today?
H - am I excessively Hungry or craving fat/carbs?
Y - has it been 'Years' since I had a high calorie day?
If I can answer yes to all those questions then I go right ahead. Just remember you have to be WEALTHY enough to have a high calorie/off plan meal.
