Ask Katie - 100 Day Challenge - Tracking Bones?

  • I have a question regarding "bonus bones" how do we know when we get them and where do we track them?? Sorry but I am anal too find it's an incentive for me to keep going I've been so good this week I need to feel I have something to show for it. Is that silly? If so just tell me if not I wanna get "boned"..!!!! Let me know how all this works-thank you skinny bone!

Your Skinny Bone tally is entirely up to you. I am not the Skinny Bones police LOL! You just evaluate your own actions and then do a running count as you go along.

So for me I would start with 10, +2 for Bonus Bone tasks (set up my log, commented on blogs), +1 for Mid Phase Challenge (everyone gets one who posted their achievements) and +1 for beating the evil Pirate of Powerlessness. I am taking off - 1 for not getting enough sleep and -1 for standing on the scales ... so my tally is ... 12 Skinny Bones.

You can put a little reminder in your side bar like I have-->.

On check in day you just report on your total bones to date. When we get to Day 91 (day after tomorrow) I will let you know all the details of how the check in works but it is very simple.

Just keep going - you are doing a fantastic job!


  1. I don't understand the skinny bones thing. But I know that if you don't get enough calcium in your diet, your bones can get weak.
