Today I weighed in at 62kg. That is a loss of .6kg in 4 weeks. How painful is that?
Half of me is disappointed, but the other half of me acknowledges that I haven't been super strict [a few frankenfood treats and lots of cheese!], I haven't been hungry and I have LOST weight. I haven't gained anything!
If I can deal with this slow pace given the fact I am eating more calories than I used to then I am setting myself for easy maintenance. Can't be a bad thing after all.
