Photos Week One

I just took some photos and put them side by side. The one on the left is last week and the one on the right from tonight. There is not really any noticeable difference from the front (which is why I didn't put it up) but there is a margin of shrinkage at the back.

I warned you about the unflattering bikini! As you can see, I have a classic pear shape and some serious cellulite but it there is a slight improvement methinks.

*deep breath while I hit "publish post"*


Free day update: I had a chicken burger and chips for lunch and threw away half the chips because they tasted of stale vegetable oil (that is extremely out of character for me). I also had a Magnum icecream, savoury scroll from the bakery and some toast and promite - total damage so far only 1500 odd calories and I am not that hungry. I might make some pancakes for dinner but not that fussed.

Oh, by the way, my maths is hideously wrong in the previous post. Apparently I can eat 3800 calories today and still average 1500 a day this week. Not going to come close even if I ate a whole pizza which I don't feel like doing. Something weird has happened to me - but in a good way!


  1. Hey Katie, You look bloody fantastic! Go girl. I have been to our farm all weekend and off to Melbourne Tomorrow or Tuesday to catch up with my family. I will fill you in on all the weightloss details tomorrow if i get time or else later in the week.
    I plan in visiting the Nike shop in Melb to get some new shoes and a Nike Ipod thingy. I hope i can work out how to use it, in dumb when it comes to that stuff..

  3. Yes, there is a small difference already! You have an amazing figure Katie, I am sooo envious! While I know I can never look that good, I can improve what I do have for sure! Working on it, as you are.
