T minus 69 - Hello 50's


At last - the magic number appears ...

Observant people will note that my calories were very low yesterday. It was not a conscious decision, it was bad timing. I didn't get up until late, then spent 90 mins at the gym and basically missed a meal. Then I had to go to work for another outdoor event in the afternoon. So I only had late breakfast, lunch, snack and late dinner. As it was a Paleo day I couldn't fit in anymore vegetable carbs after dinner.

  3. Hooorayyyy at last - I wish I was there too!
    but don't be upset when it goes up again tomorrow - you know it always works like this. Up and down like a yoyo - but this is a new lowest weight and it will continue.....
