Upper body workout changed this morning to 4 sets of 6 reps at heavy weights. It was very hard and will probably mean I am sore tomorrow. I missed my gym buddy this morning - she must have slept in!
I look so much better this morning after getting some carbs in my system and adding a kilo of water probably. Instead of looking scrawny and stringy, my muscles are round and smooth. I guess this is what you do just before competing.
A long time ago I ordered the body I wanted from the universe. It appears it has arrived. I just need to take off the last few layers of packaging and I will have what I asked for. Thank you God/dess ... we did it!
