A slightly better day today with an average workout this morning. Enjoyed RPM but couldn't really push myself as I still have not much energy.

Yesterday we finally went grocery shopping at a proper supermarket and I am stocked up and have all my chicken, salad and veggies prepped. It certainly made paleo day today a lot easier.

From tomorrow, I am going to have a very special person become my training partner at the gym. I think this will be an amazing improvement because it will re-focus my efforts and prevent me from piss farting around or piking out entirely. It might help to concentrate on helping someone else instead of wallowing in self pity and self absorption :)

I also had a phone call tonight from a fellow competitor who is in the exactly same head space as me. It was wonderful to compare notes and to not feel like the only freak in the universe!

I am constantly amazed by the support and generosity of people who only know me through my blog. Thank you all for your kind words and for being my virtual (and real) cheer squad.

My period still hasn't arrived - I think it has gone for now.
