Still feeling crappy so I stayed home from work today. Ran up to the library to use the internet and to punch in my Calorie King data.
Hubby went up to the shops to get brunch and came back with hot chips. I tried one because normally chips taste too oily for me, but these were delicious. I am sorry to say that in my fevered immune deprived state I gave in to the divine chippies and gobbled them up. I am hoping I didn't do too much damage and I intend to eat lettuce for the rest of the day to compensate *wink*.
In answer to Cheryl's question "why do I do Paleo" the answer is because Coach says I have to!
Your husband bought HOT CHIPS for BRUNCH?? What was he thinking? I'm sure that's grounds for divorce. Or possibly murder.

ReplyDeleteOooooh... agree with Kek!! Divorce that sabotaging ratbag... LOL!! I laughed when I read your comment on "Coach says I have to..." I've given up questioning the reasons why... I "just get on a do!!" (One of his favourite sayings). I let him worry about the why now and just trust that he knows what he is doing after nearly 30 years in the fitness/figure sport!!
