Had an easy walk today. I am finding it harder and harder to keep my heart rate up. Even when weight training it drops back to resting rate every time I stop. I suppose it is a sign of getting fitter and lighter.
Today I wore my "2005/57kg" pants to work. I haven't been able to fit into them since 2005, when I weighed 57kgs at the end of my initial weight loss journey. They are actually quite roomy now.
We are not scheduled to get broadband connected until next Friday (11 April) so my blogging will be limited. I can't download any photos at work either. I don't have time to read any blogs at work so I am missing what is going on ...
An update on the "lump" - I tried to book in for a mammogram but I would have had to go miles out of my way to get to the clinic I have the referral for and then back to a doctor I don't live near anymore. So tomorrow I am starting from scratch again. I am booked in with a doctor in North Sydney who will hopefully refer me to a clinic in North Sydney close to home.
Not much else to report, lots of unpacking and reorganising, and I finally have veggies and salad in the fridge. Managed to do a proper paleo day today after skipping Sunday. It is difficult though when there are so many nice new cafes to try out.
good on you woman. skinny minnie. cant wait to catch up for lunch on friday x
ReplyDeleteYou go girl! Love how the old skinny pants are baggy, that has got to be a pretty good feeling.
ReplyDeleteBummer about the internet at home but at least the move has gone well. Good luck with all the unpacking.
Hope the doc gets you a mammogram appointment soon, so that you can move on and forget all about it.
You go skinny girl! You are looking very buff in your pics. And welcome to North Sydney! Make sure you try Altitude which is in Tower Square (Miller St) - yummy healthy food. Not open on the weekends though. And for coffe try Electric Bean in Mount St (opposite Aldi, downstairs) - they do the best hot chocolate too, although you probably don't want to know that :)
ReplyDeleteGood luck with everything girl
