T Minus 10

Feeling really exhausted today - I only just made my 600 calories minimum exercise target. By the time I get to the end of the week I just have no energy left. I hate Thursdays. I swear the only thing that gets me in the gym on Thursdays is that I can't eat breakfast until it's done.

I couldn't really work very hard today. My arms look like sticks. By the end of a set I am millimetres away from tears.

I ran on the treadmill instead of the prescribed elliptical because I needed to run out the crappyness. This morning my left hamstring was really tight. Then my right groin starting hurting about half way in - I was probably over compensating on my right side.

At least I can console with myself that I have finished with the really early morning pre-comp workouts followed by work. Tomorrow is a rest day, then I am off to Brisbane until Wednesday. Although I still have to work, I will have a gym at the hotel and won't need to factor in travel time to the gym or to work. Thursday and Friday I am having off.

Only 10 days left. I can do 10 days (I think). The funny thing is I am looking forward to eating 1500 calories a day non-paleo on the other side. There will be a cheat meal on Sunday night, but I know enough about dieting to realise that I can't go wild for days on end and be happy with the results. Please remind me of this on Monday 26th!

    Hang in there! Nearly there - can't wait to meet you on Saturday. It's finally feeling real for me today and I'm excited and feeling that I'm lookin' great especially with my first coat of tan on and nails done.

    My horrible day is Tuesday. Always has been. Don't know why. Some of the best things in my life have happened on a Tuesday and I still hate it.

    Enjoy Brisbane. It is fabulous here.

    I have felt exactly the same all day - injuries and exhaustion amd struggling to meet my calorie burning target. I should really post about it but I'm too tired. And I don't have your big goals ahead of me! At least the countdown is soooo close. Is your backstage support organised? Don't forget I'm a good fill in!
