Feeling like a lean mean fighting machine today. I have dropped even more weight this morning. I don't think it is just because of TOM. Last month I dropped 500g from Day 1 to Day 4. This month I have dropped 1.2kg from Day 1 to Day 4. I am hoping the refeed is responsible.

Chest/Back superset
5 reps x 8 sets
DB bench press + single arm rows (same DB weight)

Tri/Shoulders/Biceps triset
5 reps x 8 sets
BB skull crushers (lying) + military press (sitting) + bicep curls (standing) (same barbell weight)

This is what I did Friday morning prior to my refeed. I have been feeling every muscle ever since. Love it!
