BFFM Day 1 Carb Down

Yesterday's food

Today's exercise:
Deadlifts, front squats, pulldowns, cable rows, back extension, bicep curls, 30 min elliptical

Had a really good eating day yesterday. Loaded up on food during the day and wasn't hungry at dinner time. A bit under with the carbs (aiming for 105) but I will have more oats today.

Feeling the DOMs from yesterday ...
