BFFM Day 18 Carb Down

Weight : 62.3 kg
Training : Back and Biceps
Week #2 target : 15 Jan ~ 61.5kg
Month #1 target : 29 Jan ~ 60.5kg

I have no idea why my weight is up this cycle - I had an almost perfect day yesterday - HITT cardio, huge weight session, an additional 45 minute walk in the afternoon and a posing session that left me dripping in sweat and I am still in the 62's. All I can hope for is a big drop tomorrow or this will me the first time I haven't lost anything in a cycle. It is a bit scary when as soon as I decide to compete again the weight loss stops - it puts all kinds of doubts in my mind about whether or not I can do this on my own.

It is so wonderful to have a training partner for a few days - Shelley is spectacular in the gym and pushes me to work hard. The times just flies by AND you get an additional core workout by laughing so much. I am so looking forward to next month when Fern joins my gym and I have a regular workout buddy.

  3. Perhaps your body is still stressed from the dental work? Try not to worry about the number and give things a few more days to settle down. Think positive! You can do it Katie - surely you know your body better than anyone by now.

  4. It will be the dental work and associated swelling for sure. Just stay the course, nice and cosy in bed with Mr Venuto!
