Lots of DOMS from back and bi's yesterday plus sore legs from the stairs the day before equals high weight on the scales. Not particularly worried. High carb day today so looking forward to oats, sweet potato, fruit, caramel popcorn and a Mars Bar. All is good.
I'm enjoying watching your journey Katie. Do you enter all your daily food into calorie king? I've used fit day but never calorie king and was wondering how it compared.
