I am all alone now that Shelley has gone back home to Brisbane and a bit sad. We had a fabulous time. My body is grateful to have a rest today though, because we worked really hard in the gym over the past couple of days.
My high carb day went well yesterday and I stuck to normal eating with treats with meals rather than on their own. For whatever reason, I am ecstatic to have LOST weight after a carb load.
Yesterday we took some photos after our gym session. There is still an awful lot of work to do over the next 18 weeks but I am very pleased with my starting position. I can see positive changes from the photos from the photoshoot just a few weeks ago.
