Protein pancakes with maple syrup and yogurt
Chicken, cream cheese, beetroot and salad rice cakes
Sugar free chocolate, protein bar, peanut butter and cheese, ice cream (not all at once!)
Chicken stir fry with cream cheese and cranberry sauce
