So Friggin' Cold

Recorded another LWE this morning at 57.2kg/13.1%. I am hoping to see the 56's this week. If I do, I will let you in on a little secret. Shhhhhhh ...

A New Paradigm

I choose to take great care of myself in this moment right here, right now. I observe my thoughts and replace the negative with the positive.
