Okay - I see that Saturday you were down to the lowest point of the month. I assume the f**k was because Monday - you were higher than previous Mondays - ???Don't you have to wait and see where you are NEXT Saturday - before you KNOW? Also - I think you need to plot your TTOM into this calendar too - is that was is impacting you???
Have to say I was thinking the same thing. every saturday so far your weight has gone down - so see what happens on Saturday - I often see fluctuations of up to 2kgs depending on TTOM, what I have eaten the night before.....ie don't panic, just push on, thats the keyLisa
