BFL Week 11

61.4 kg 19% BF Loss this week 0.9kg

Good week although I didn't eat enough. I was so desperate to get to the 61's that I took it a little too far.

I can't believe there is only one week to go - but I have decided not to stop but to keep going.

Happy with my photos this week as well. Check out the calf muscles.

    stalkerish as it might be - I have just read through your entire blog and I am really impressed by your determination and perseverance - not to mention committment to your goals.
    I was wondering though where you found the 82 days worth of BFL plan that you printed out for yourself??

    You look amazing!! At week 12 could you please post your week 1 and week 12 pics together? I bet there would be some huge changes.
