I didn't do any exercise yesterday because I developed a severe migraine mid afternoon. I came home, took some drugs and had a nap.

Got up at 6-00am this morning to workout but I still have a screaming headache. I will drag myself to work early instead of going to the gym and hope it has gone by this afternoon when I'll do upper body, cardio and the spin class I missed yesterday.

I used to get migraines a lot when I was overweight, but thankfully they are a rare occurrence these days. I normally get them during my period but that is not due for another 4 days if I last 28 days. My boobs should be sore by now, but they are not. Maybe I am having the headache instead of my period - that would be weird ... or maybe this is all the PMT I am getting this month.

Depressed by the scales so I am doing measurements instead.

  1. As you said, ignore the scales, they are meaningless if you know you have been doing all the "right" things - they will catch up with your body improvements at some stage. I've just noticed you've dropped your calorie allowance - how come?
