New upper body workout today was tough. I can feel it already. And I have never stood on a Bosu ball before and I was pathetic. I had to lower my bicep hammer curl weights because I kept falling off!!

Raechelle - I use my scale to measure body fat - I know biometric impedence winky wonky hokey pokey is wildly inaccurate but it is all relative. If the number is going down, I'm losing fat as far as I am concerned!

EmHarvie - why do you think Walker Street is better than Elizabeth Plaza? Is there something I don't know that I should know??

TinyDonna - I would love to work out with you but I don't have a passport membership - only one for North Sydney. Plus I train at 7am in the morning.

Jadey - I wish I knew you could get me a deal. I've only signed up for 3 months so after that ... maybe we should talk?

  2. Bosu's make anyone look silly when you first start. We should definitely talk in a few months. Who knows I might be at that club when we do. It's time to move back to Sydney soon.
