Paleo Pancakes Recipe

4 egg whites
15g ladybird crunch
20g soy protein powder
100g apple
1/4 cup low fat soy milk

Throw all in a bowl and mix together. Cook either as one large pancake on the stove or two medium pancakes in a pancake maker. Serve with no sugar maple syrup.

Fat - 2.1g
Protein - 45.9g
Carbs - 17.3g
Sodium - 522mg
