BFFM Day 3 Carb Down

Exercise : 30 minute stair intervals (Lavender Bay steps - takes 1:30 minutes up x 5) + assisted chin ups in the playground.
Weight : 62.8
Feeling : Definitely feeling a lot better with a few more carbs in the diet. I am thinking that under 100g is just about right with most of those eaten in the first 3 meals of the day. The reason my protein and cals were a bit high yesterday was connected with an unplanned protein bar treat and some prawns for dinner.

Mr Katie is at work, I am home all alone. Christmas Smristmas - bring on the oats - it's HIGH CARB day!
