Training : Back, Chest, Triceps, Shoulders, Abs + 30 min incline walk
Feeling : I didn't lose any weight from yesterday which was disappointing as I didn't eat very much but TOM is imminent and I'm holding water (my rings are tight). I didn't train yesterday either so maybe that has something to do with it (or maybe the low calories?) I can't complain about losing 1 kg in the last 8 days though so I shall soldier on.

ReplyDeleteIt is this FANTASTIC free program I found on the web called SCREEN SHOT. I use it at home and at work. You can copy a selected part of your screen to the clipboard or to a file (which you need as blogger doesn't copy and paste)
Go here http://www.gadwin.com/download/ and it is the last download at the bottom of the page. Read the instructions after you install it because you hit 'print screen' on the keyboard, then drag the mouse and then hit enter.
