Just didn't feel like eating yesterday, probably due to having a sore mouth and too much food the day before. Didn't really make much of a difference on the scales though, I was hoping to be back in to the 61's today, but it wasn't meant to be.
Feeling much better today (thanks for all the well wishes) so I am ready to kick it in the gym. It is fantastic having Shelley here. She has convinced me that (a) my scales are indeed f*cked - you get a different reading depending on where you put them on the floor and (b) I am going to compete in the INBA Brisbane Titles on 17 May so I can do it with all the Brisbane girls rather than on my own in Sydney. I have ordered my bikini so it is full steam ahead!
Cool - it will be nice for you to have friends to play with! Look forward to following along with your comp prep again!
