BFFM Day 23 Carb Down - Cycle 6 Weigh In

Cycle 2 : Fat: 10.25 LBM: 52.25
Cycle 4 : Fat: 10.12 LBM: 51.58
Cycle 6 : Fat: 9.70 LBM: 51.70
diet details

Training : 8 x 8s - incline presses smith machine, upright rows, tricep rope pulls, cable abs + 35 min MITT elliptical 2:1
Time : 1 hour 33 min ~ Calories : 709 ~ AHR : 130 bpm
Month #1 target : 31 Jan ~ 60kg

Another good cycle looking like I gained LBM [might have been that short course of steriods I got from the dentist to help heal my surgery? who knows?]

Even though I have only lost 300g in the last two cycles I am still on target to reach my month end goal and that is all I have to worry about at the moment.
