100 Day Challenge - Day 56 - Mid Point Challenge - Re-invent the Past

Over a year ago I had a raging imaginary affair with GB. We grew tired of each other and we broke up. I haven't seen him for a long time.

Last night I went to see him on the spur of the moment. I wanted the comfort of a dark room, loud music that drowned out my thoughts and the feeling of sweat running between my breasts.

Somehow every word he spoke was kind of sexy ...

Come on ... keep going
We started together ... let's finish together
Give it a squeeze ...
Give me just a little bit more ...
*heavy breathing*

In the silence and darkness of track six tears ran down my face, cleansing me and washing away the crazy guilt and shame of not living up to my own ridiculously high standards.

At the end of it I was emotionally spent and could barely walk.

And as a bonus I burned 865 calories -- I think I'm going to see GB again soon.

100 Day Challenge - Day 76 - Phase Three Mid Point Challenge - Why?

Today's challenge is to list at least 25 reasons why you want to be fit, lean and healthy that will empower all areas of your life. A minimum of 6 reasons each in physical, spiritual, emotional and financial (+ one extra for good measure).
(Don't forget the positive and present tense!)

--Physical--
I am strong enough to protect myself
I live each day with energy and vitality
I can run for a bus without getting breathless
I can take the stairs 2 at a time
I look great in my clothes and even better naked
I have wide shoulders, a flat stomach and a gap between my thighs

--Emotional--
I have a positive outlook on life
My moods are balanced and even
I have great sex
I can find solutions to problems without being overwhelmed
I positively affect everyone I come into contact with
I model a life that is extraordinary and I celebrate my uniqueness
I love my life

--Spiritual--
I live in the present
I am thankful for each breathe I take
I live mindfully and consciously
I connect with similar souls in the universe
I appreciate the magnificent of creation
I feel at home in my body
I have the qualities of patience, kindness and giving

--Financial--
I am earning my living through my passion
I spend my money responsibly
I give to others in greater need
I invest in my health and well-being
Improving my health and fitness is my career
My example and my unique voice grows my online business

100 Day Challenge - Day 88 - Commence Recruitment


Position : Pirate Partners

Job Description : Supports the expedition from afar. Pirate partners would never set off an adventure themselves but have respect and admiration for those who do.
Eligible : Family, friends, partners (people who don't have health and fitness as a priority)

Applicants must:
  • support the Captain in fair seas and in foul
  • never make jokes about her size (big or little)
  • abstain from eating takeaway food in front of her when she is in fat loss mode
  • never offer food with the phrase 'one bite won't hurt you'
  • stay out of the kitchen when she is late home and trying to cook her dinner
  • know where to buy Skinny Cow ice-cream and soy protein powder
  • leave the chicken breast meat on the BBQ chicken while eating all the skin
  • understand her gym obsession
  • know if she is eating carbs or not and which vegetables are 'allowed'
  • wash her smelly workout clothes
  • comfort her when she thinks she is fat
  • avoid buying chocolates or cupcakes as a sign of affection
  • not expect her to go out to eat very often
  • look like Johnny Depp
Successful applicant = Mr KatieP (love his guts)

Position : Pirate Crew

Job Description : In search of their own buried treasure and are willing share their journey to make getting the booty easier for everyone.
Eligible : Forum participants, fellow bloggers, weight loss group members, gym goers, athletes, health and fitness professionals

Applicants must:
  • support the Captain in fair seas and in foul
  • tell the Captain when she is on a crazy diet plan or over-training and suggest a better plan
  • understand how a number on the scales can make her cry
  • talk her down when she wants to drown in fat and sugar to ease life's pain
  • lift heavier or ran faster than the Captain so she is compelled to compete
  • remind her how well she is doing when she can't see any progress
  • question her explanations when they start to resemble excuses
  • tell the captain what you did when the same thing happened to you
  • remain loyal even when the ship is sinking or is lost at the bottom of the ocean
  • remind her that she is not alone, she is not weird, and that Pirate's aren't normal
  • look like Johnny Depp or Pauline Nordin
Successful applicants = Skinny Bones Pirates of Potential, weight loss and fitness bloggers, online experts like Tom Venuto and figure athletes.
